Get Involved

• Bridges and Pathways is a charity run by volunteers, providing services aligned with General Practice, 
  working together on behalf of patients with chronic complex conditions, to
  improve services and research.

We usually have several positions available (online or in the southern suburbs of Adelaide).

The current positions are for practice nurses on our Clinic Advisory Panel or those interested in setting up a nurse-led clinic in their practice as well as an experienced nurse educator.

Other current positions are:

1. Medical journalist who can read an academic article and summarise it into people friendly language.

2. Someone to write media releases

3. Someone to increase our social media and online presence

4. Patient Advisory Service Manager (in office)
