Get Involved

• Bridges and Pathways is a charity run by volunteers, providing services aligned with General Practice, 
  working together on behalf of patients with chronic complex conditions, to 
  improve services and research.

Bridges and Pathways is open to working with skilled individuals who can help us in our mission.

We usually have several positions available (online or in the southern suburbs of Adelaide).

We are currently seeking:

• Practice Nurses and Nurse Practitioners
• Experienced Nurse Educator to deliver Chronic Disease Management programs adapted for ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia

Other current positions are:

1. Medical journalist with a knack for summarising academic articles into people-friendly language

2. Writer for our media releases

3. Patient Advisory Service Manager (in office)
