The Course offers practical and well tested ways of coping with the problems of chronic illness. It provides information, as well as helping you to develop your abilities and confidence in managing your illness.

- Introduction to Living with ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia Program
This introductory course includes ME/CFS/Fibromyalgia diagnosis, multi-disciplinary management, planning care, and the importance of pacing and monitoring for outcome-focused care. Cost $10
- ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia Cycle of Care and Health Coaching Program
The program provides core chronic disease management interventions for Case Managers and patients to monitor and demonstrate proactive management of the multi system conditions ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. This Annual Cycle of Care program has been developed to support Medicare Care Plans, as well as patients requiring management documentation for Centrelink and NDIS.
Cost $25, with an additional cost of $50 applicable if you wish to be audited and receive documentation.
Course books available for an additional cost to cover postage.
