Bridges & Pathways Institute Inc. (2000) is an Australian charity established focusing on solutions to improve services for the one million Australians affected by ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and Fibromyalgia pain syndrome.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia with its strong health and medical research innovations, Bridges & Pathways’ work is aligned with the current reforms of the Australian Health Care Services, Medicare and Chronic Disease Management Programs (National and State).

Over the years we have provided a variety of services and participated in many projects and research and service collaborations related to improved health outcomes. We are currently pulling together this data into a service model consistent with Australian Medicare and private health funding.

Working with the South Australian ME/CFS/FMS Clinic and Research Collaboration our 2017 goal is to establish a much needed Clinic and Research Centre. This Centre will coordinate services and research, aiming to improve testing and treatments.

Bridges & Pathways continues to provide a variety of activities to bridge the gaps between research and daily care. See table of current activities

As an Australian charity with no government funding, our work depends on donations and sponsorships. If you would like to help, please see our donations page. We are also dependent on the goodwill of our volunteers. For more information, please see the Contact page.
